There are many ways you can contribute to Manzanillo Social Circus Project.
Manzanoarte Foundation gives volunteers the opportunity to bring and develop their ideas and make a real impact on youth and their families. We are a small organization, so any help is welcome!
We offer circus, dance, theater, music workshops as well plastic arts and languages classes to children and youth from Manzanillo and Tarmas communities, we teach them a joyful tool for a better future.
Since April of 2018 the social circus project has had a follow-up every week-end where children receive performing arts free training, but we want to offer them more arts classes all year long, helping many new young artists to grow.

VOLUNTEERS QUALIFIED IN SOCIAL WORK
We are looking for volunteers who are qualified to work with children in circus, dance and music skills, the volunteers must be independent and self-sufficient.
Due to our limited budget, many programs are primarily volunteer-run, therefore, volunteers must be responsible, goal oriented, hardworking individuals.
ACTIVITIES THAT WE OFFER
We want to offer them activities and lessons including circus, dance and music workshops, as well language classes from time to time.
This is a place where everybody is like a family and learning from each other.
Our goal is every year in March we have Manzanoarte Social Arts Festival host volunteer artists to perform in the festival and create a show with the children, in this way they can show everything that they have trained in a year, be part of the event and share with other artists
VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS
TIME COMMITMENT
1-3 months depending on volunteer and their skills.
MINIMUM LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
Basic-Intermediate Spanish.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Anything circus related including theater, clown, etc.
Anything music related, singing, ability to play instruments, etc
Anything dance related including ballet, contemporary, traditional, hip hop
yoga and ecological activities are also welcome.
Activities involve: teaching new skills, creating shows, teaching youth how to play instruments, sing, dancing, teaching some language.
ACCOMMODATION
House in Manzanillo’s community, with great view, pool and big garden to hang out. We offer bed and food.. Manzanillo is near to the coast and there are some rivers and waterfalls.
We offer guides to accompany the volunteers in their free time.
