Although we couldn’t organize the festival in 2021 due to the pandemic Covid-19, our desire and motivation grows every day to continue this beautiful arts project for children and young people in vulnerable situations.
Manzanoarte foundation is a self-managed project, as independent artists it has been difficult to raise funds to carry out the festival. Thanks to the support and small donations of artist friends around the world, we were able to organize a Cultural visit to Caracas to show our children from Tarmas and Manzanillo different emblematic, cultural and alternative places of the capital city. Two days of fun, culture, learning and exchange with hip hop, circus and theater Caracas movement.
Most of these children didn’t know Caracas, they didn’t know a theater, museum, a cultural center and it was very gratifying to see their little faces of happiness enjoying all these activities for their first time.
